One-on-One Personal Training

If sticking to a consistent nutrition and exercise regiment has been difficult for you in the past or if you are just getting into health and fitness, then the attention, accountability, support, and motivation that our one-on-one personal training provides is for you.

Our one-on-one training is extremely popular due to the personal coaching that you will receive from your trainer. All of our programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual client which means no "cookie cutter" workouts. With one-on-one training, the focus is completely on YOU and YOUR wellness goals and ambitions.

All one-on-one personal training programs include:

  • An Initial Consultation and Health Screening to determine current status, discuss past health history as well as current and future goals, and create an individualized training plan.
  • Frequent Assessments using anthropometric measurements (weight, body fat and muscle percentages, circumferences) to track progress toward your goals.
  • Nutrition Consultations to help you fuel your body better so that it is performing optimally 24/7. We speak of good nutrition as a lifestyle change. It is something we want you to continue for the rest of your life, not just for the time that you'll spend at TRU-COR.
  • Actual One-on-One Training Sessions with a TRU-COR trainer. All sessions are between forty-five minutes and one hour in length.
  • Every one-on-one personal training package also includes a 24-hour gym membership.
