One-on-One Personal Training

If sticking to a consistent nutrition and exercise regiment has been difficult for you in the past or if you are just getting into health and fitness, then the attention, accountability, support, and motivation that our one-on-one personal training provides is for you.

Our one-on-one training is extremely popular due to the personal coaching that you will receive from your trainer. All of our programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual client which means no "cookie cutter" workouts. With one-on-one training, the focus is completely on YOU and YOUR wellness goals and ambitions.

All one-on-one personal training programs include:

  • An Initial Consultation and Health Screening
  • Periodic Assessments to Measure Circumferences, Body Fat, and Muscle Percentage to Track Progress Toward Your Goals.
  • Nutrition Consultations to Help You Fuel Your Body Better
  • Personal Training Sessions Lasting Forty-Five Minutes to One Hour in Length.
  • A Full 24-hour Gym Membership.
