Whether you are at a beginner or advanced level, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun, but be prepared to sweat!

Class Descriptions
Women On Weights / Senior Women On Weights: This small-group beginner to intermediate program teaches women proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique, and routine. The goals of Women on Weights are to assist women in improving their posture, increasing their strength, and losing body mass.
Total Body HIIT: High-Intensity Interval Training is one of the best ways to improve your fitness. An efficient combination of interval training offset by low intensity recovery periods allows you to truly go all out! Designed to be safe, low impact, and for all ability levels.

Classes are offered for both members and non-members.
Classes are 45 minutes to an hour in length.
Classes are for all experience levels (beginner to advanced).
Classes are $8.00 or $15.00 each
Registration for classes closes at 10pm the night before.
How To Sign Up
Click the “View Schedule/Book Class” button on the bottom or top of this page.
Choose the class you want to sign up for on the calendar.
(On mobile) Select a specific date in order for that days class options to appear.
Sign into / create your account.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after registration is complete.
In the unlikely event that there are no participants registered by 10pm the night before a class, we reserve the right to cancel the class, so please sign up early!
